First off, I am a 33 yr old SAHM. I am 5'3" and at 122 lbs currently and looking to drop maybe about 10 - 12 lbs. Have discussed this with my physician as I get alot " you don't need to lose weight " comments. He was in favor of SB due to it being a healthy eating regimine. He says the weight loss isn't a big concern to him as my BMI will stay within limits even though it will be on the lower end. I was here about a year ago and faithful through Phase 1....then had some issues and fell right off the wagon. I am here to lose a few extra pounds and some extra cushioning! Am getting back on the treadmill tomorrow as well to keep up with exercising.
Am looking for a buddy to help me keep pn track and help hold me accountable for my actions and talk me out of cheating!! then I will do the same for you if need be!!!
