Hi ! I am a newbie. (to posting not to dieting) I started my 100th diet in January but I have added exercise to it this time. I have lost 42 lbs so far but have been stuck for the past couple of months. I need help figuring out what I am doing wrong. I am on the WW plan (on my own, no meetings) and exercise 3 to 5 days a week at the local YMCA. Can anyone give me some suggestions? Thanks.
Hi...I'm on WW too and Iread online that when you hit a wall, to go back in your points tracker when you had a really good week of weightloss, to try and repeat what you did then. Another thing you could try is perhaps making a new recipe. It's great that you've lost 42 lbs so far. I've lost 27 and have 48 to go.
Thanks, I will get my journal out an see if I can figure out what I am doing different. I tried a couple of new recipes this weekend because I was getting tired of eating the same thing. Maybe that is what I need a change to get me out of the rut.
