yah, it's nice to have others to talk to about this.
Misit - I am on WW.. About 5 years ago I weighed 355 lbs.. lost 135 by doing WW, but really I wasn't *doing* WW I just needed/wanted the weekly weigh in to keep me on track/accountable. When I lost 135lbs I was a workout queen.. I mean waaaay to much ..

there was NO way I could keep up that schedule forever so when I cut back I gained a few pounds.. then I got bummed out.. so I worked out less.. and so forth and so on.. soo... I'm back up to 267.. my lowest weight was 208 for like 5 seconds.. but I honestly felt really good in my skin at 220 so that is my goal for now.
My weigh in's are on Monday.. my goal the first 2 weeks was not to even think about the gym but to walk 5x a week 30 min each time or more.. after the 2nd week I will continue walking (gotta get the sun while we can) and commit to 1x at the gym... 4th week I will commit 2x a week and walking.. will stay like that and see how my weight loss is going. * what kind of exercising do you do now?? Why'd ya move??!?!?!?
Wyattsmama- Congrats on your weight loss ! wooo hooo..... good for you! Where are you? I LOVE to cook, it's not really the weather right now but one of my all time favorite recipes is a WW 2pt chile.. LOVE IT. Have you ever heard of it/ tried it?

Happy to see someone so close.. We are very close to the same weight... What days to you weigh in? How did you find losing the first 27 lbs on your own? Congrats on those pounds! How many pounds b/4 people started noticing you were losing? HOw are you feeling? Wasn't it beautiful today ?? (sigh) ahhhh.. summer .
