My first goal is to get to 170 and then from there I'd like to go to 155 and stay there.
I tried the Atkins diet a couple of years ago and did really well on that, but, (there's alway a but) when I got to where I wanted to be I thought this is great and went back to my old eathing habits (first mistake). I put everything back on and more.I went to see my doctor yesterday who suggested that I try Medifast for a while and see how I do on that and when I get to my goal weight he will teach me how to eat post Medifast. He said he did it himself for a while and did really well on it and has been able to keep his weight off afterwards. I started it yesterday. Ofcourse this is only my second day but as of yet I have not been hungry, **crossing fingers**, so I'm real hopeful.
