Smile New Here

I am new to this website and new to even talking about my weight struggles. I guess I am looking for advice and maybe someone to keep me on track. I work 2 jobs (from 8:00 in the a.m. until 10 at night.) By the time I get home I am so tired and in the morning I am at it again. Exercise or at least steady exercise is hard to get motivated for. I eat very little but cannot lose any weight. Where do I start?

Welcome happychick! You sure have LONG days!!!I guess for exercising it's either before you leave for work or after you get home You'll need to decide which time slot works for you. I wish you the best!
