New Here
I am new to this website and new to even talking about my weight struggles. I guess I am looking for advice and maybe someone to keep me on track. I work 2 jobs (from 8:00 in the a.m. until 10 at night.) By the time I get home I am so tired and in the morning I am at it again. Exercise or at least steady exercise is hard to get motivated for. I eat very little but cannot lose any weight. Where do I start?
