Hi, everybody. I just joined this forum and think I've found the right group to buddy up with!
I'm not great at controlling the eating, but I know I can really focus on exercise... last year between June and January I trained to power walk the Disney Marathon and did it (an AMAZING experience... I ended up jog-walking the first 10 miles I was so jazzed up!)
Problem is, that was it. Once I reached that goal life took over again and I've put 6 pounds back on and lost most of that amazingly fit feeling I had. So now I'm back, as of today, no more eating entire packages of girl scout cookies or squirting whipped cream right into my mouth for that high fat rush.
Our family is going to the mountains in July and I plan to be in shape by then!!! So this is week 1 for me. I'll find your week 1's and catch up this weekend. My goalthis week: 3 healthy meals, 2 fruit/veggie snacks, cardio exercise 4-5 times, 2-3 times with weights.
