Default Slim for summer-WEEK 2

Hey all thought I would start a new thread for our new week!!!

Diet- 3 HEALTHY meals, 2 HEALTHY snacks
Exersice- 5 times to the gym, 3 Long walks
Water- 4 glasses a day
Goal- update my blog!
Reward-A new magazine!

So week 2 for me too. Getting weighed 2morra and not lookin too great at the minute. slipped up at the weekend. but ive get over it.
New week this week. havent worked of my goals. but will post them 2morra with my new weight loss/gain.

So did amazing with exersice last week but not great with food. This week I'm motivated to do better with the food.

Diet- 3 HEALTHY meals, 2 HEALTHY snacks
Exersice- 4 times to the gym, 3 times walking the dog
Water- 4 glasses a day
Goal- Finish reading a book I started a while ago
Reward-Free day to just sleep in and veg out

My goals:
Diet: 3 meals, 2 healthy snacks
Exercise: 4 days
Water: 32 oz. daily
Goal: Rd. 10 chapters for school
Reward: new bubble bath

hey all!
yesterday went OK...did well until after dinner, had a few cookies, mind you they were the areoroot cookies so not sooooo bad, but still!! oh well, new day...

My first week over and done with and didnt even get on the scales today. thought after the bad weekend i wouldnt bother and give it a couple more days. hopefully ill of got a couple of extra pounds off.
i do feel loads better these days. i see myself saying no to things that once over i wouldnt of done. e.g my sister had this delicious yogurts in. full of calories. i picked one outta the frigde and put it straight back and got one of my shape ones with over 3/4 less kcals.

now all i need is to pick up on my exercise.

how is everyone?

hey everyone. i just finished exercising. before that i ate ice cream and a hot pocket (i'm having a terrible day) so i turned to food, but then i made myself exercise to make up for it. i got my new richard simmons tape in the mail today. i'm so excited. well, ttyl.

Day 2 is just about done, did well! went to the gym then did extra at home since I wont be able to make it tomorrow--

Keep up that great work ladies
Gonna go watch Gilmore Girls!!!! (better not be a rerun!)

hi there -

I just saw your thread and I was hoping to join in. I started my weight loss for summer last week. So far I am down 5.4 lbs. I want to lose 10 more by June 1 and 17 more by July 4th.

My current plan is :

eat 3 meals and 1-2 healthy snacks a day
drink 96 plus ounces of water a day
do light toning 3 times a week.

I look forward to getting to know you ladies

Hey Chicks,

So far this week has been better than last. Day 2 results, I ate really well and drack lots of water. I also went to the gym. Went to a movie with somefriends and I actually resisted the popcorn and pop. Yeah me! Doing good so far today with the food. Going to the gym after work. I don't know if I'll be able to get the dog walks in this week. It's pretty rainy here and is supposed to continue for days. My dog is a suck and won't go out in the rain or snow!! Have a great Day 3 everyone!!

Sounds like everyone is doing a lot better. I just finished my new Richard Simmons tape. It was so much fun! I'll probably wear it out. They don't make it on DVD (sweatin' to the oldies). I can't believe tomorrow is Friday. Where has the week gone?!?

buckneram--sooo glad you liked your new tape...always a good thing when you know you could wear it out!! yayayyaya!!!

day 4 is goinng well...made the BEST oatmeal muffins today...yummmy! didn't get to hit the gym or go for my walk...was stuck in a doctors office most of the day! oh well!

How is everyone else doing?

Hi, everybody. I just joined this forum and think I've found the right group to buddy up with!

I'm not great at controlling the eating, but I know I can really focus on exercise... last year between June and January I trained to power walk the Disney Marathon and did it (an AMAZING experience... I ended up jog-walking the first 10 miles I was so jazzed up!)

Problem is, that was it. Once I reached that goal life took over again and I've put 6 pounds back on and lost most of that amazingly fit feeling I had. So now I'm back, as of today, no more eating entire packages of girl scout cookies or squirting whipped cream right into my mouth for that high fat rush. Our family is going to the mountains in July and I plan to be in shape by then!!! So this is week 1 for me. I'll find your week 1's and catch up this weekend. My goalthis week: 3 healthy meals, 2 fruit/veggie snacks, cardio exercise 4-5 times, 2-3 times with weights.
