Well today was a right of, I went out with my mom for lunch and we shared a cheesescake, mind you I would have usually gotten a whole one for myself, so at least it was an improvement!

Walked a bit today but didn't make it to the gym, boooo oh well tomorrow is a new day...ugh!

Today I ate a little to much. I don't think I deserve my reward again this week. I did 100% better, but I don't think I did my best. Good luck with everyone. No new bubble bath for me!

Hi Everyone,
its bn a few days since i last posted but been so busy. working overtime and doing so many other peoples hair after work i havent had time to sit, and im back off out 2day but only 2 to do. so you'd think with all this runnin around ive been doing my dieting has bn great.. but it couldnt of been any worse.
Ive been eating all the wrong things and picking at stupid things. its not that im having alot of stuff just nothing healthy these last few days. so ive decided as of Wednesday coming im going to join Weight Watchers. the group as i think this is the only way im going to be stickin to it if i pay 5 pounds a week.

lets see how it goes. ill weigh in maybe 2morra or tuesday see if ive had any weight loss in the last 2 weeks..

Hey ladies...

sounds like everyone had a not so good week with the eating...ME TOO, ME TOO!!! ugggh!!! I am seriously addicted to chocolate!! I have decided I CANNOT eat it...EVER!!!!!!!! OMG that is going to be hard but I gave it up once for a whole year...I can do it again!...eeeeeeee

Ok, so exercise has sucked...man I did just terrible this week! gerrrrrrr

Tomorrow is monday, here's to a better week *cheers*

such a bad weekend for me. i had to bday parties...all i did was eat. no reward again. but this week, i promise is going to be different!

Hey ladies!

Buckneram me too No magazine for me...

Soooooo,

I have an idea! why don't we post our daily diet from now on. I don't know about you, but I am "cheating" a bit too much. I think if I knew I had to tell you girls what I am eating and I know you will hold me accountable then maybe I wont cheat so much...
and to prevent the thread from getting to long we can go in and edit the first post we made the first of the week. So for instance, every monday I will make a new thread stating the week we are on. We all post our goals etc, the our diet for mondy, then on tuesday we go edit that post and add tuesday's diet and so on...

For those who cannot get on everyday. write down your daily diet and update us as soon as possible...

what do you think??? Le me know...
I will start a new thread on monday regardless....
