How long ago did you have last kid? I have two boys 13 months apart.. Im currently losing baby weight even though it took me a couple years to get off my butt to do it. I was 130 pounds before I got pregnant the first time... Anyways Im here to support you in any way I can Im up for a buddy for sure.
My youngest is 4 mos old. The middle one is 14 mos old and my oldest is 3. I can't recall ever having weighed 130 lbs. but that's where I'm headed. I'm looking for a weight tracker bar that you can customize. Do you know what I'm talking about and maybe where to find it?

And its been a long 3 years since Ive been that weight its good that you looking to lose it now instead of waiting Im finding it really hard to get it off. Guess my body and the fat have had plenty of time to become friends. How tall are you Beth?
I'm 5'2". Even though I'm trying now to get it off, some of it's been there since my first was born. So, those pounds are at the 3 year mark, too.. I'm just so tired of feeling blah and fluffy, y'know? How tall are you?
Im a hair under 5'5, I started my "diet" a little after the new year. I think I may have weighed more than 163 because my old scale was broken.. was squeezing into size 14's then. How much are you looking to lose? And what kinda diet are you gonna try?, or are you just going for the old fashion cut calories and exercise? Do you have yahoo messenger?

Our computer crashed since the last time I used it. Let you know when it's up and going. I need to lose between 40 and 50 more lbs. I guess my diet would just be the good old cutting calories, but I have a hard time doing it by myself, so I'm using an ediets plan. They make a meal plan for a whole week with recipes and shopping lists and everything. Somebody telling me what to do makes it easier for me... I just started yesterday, so we'll see how it goes. What about you? What do you do in the way of exercise?
For the most part I walk, walk and walk. About 4 to 6 miles a day everyday took a while to work up to that many miles. Bought a pedometer which is a great help in keeping track of how far I walk. I do some really light free weights 4 or 5 pounds every other day for about 15 minutes, also aerobics 3 times a week for 30 minutes, and skip rope for about 10 minutes twice a week. Drink almost nothing but water, some skim milk, and eat about 1300 to 1500 cal. a day.

I am 26 and am trying to lose the rest of my baby weight from my 15 month old. I really want to get it off before getting pregnant again. Hi I am new here too. Ive got two little boys, one is 21 months and one is 8 months. Ive lost 50lb so far got another ten to go I didnt lose the baby weight after my first son at all, well I did get pregnant not long after he was born lol. When my second was born I ballooned at 165lb Im only 5ft tall. I have now lost baby weight plus extra. I focus alot on my health rather than weight andwould love to hear from any likeminded people.
Hi, its great youve lost all that weight congrats.. And just thinking about what you said your focus on health rather than weight I know my knees sure feel a lot better now that Ive lost but I feel like crap. Seems like the more I lose the worse Im feeling physically. It really makes me rethink my goal.
Hi I am 28 and have an 8 yr old 2 yr old and 7 month old all girls! I also am around the same weights as you girlies!! I'm in. lady jackyl are you taking any multi vits? if not they may make you feel better? If that is the physical ailments in general? I have lost like 11 lbs in a month. only been at it since feb 27th. I hope that is a good loss for that time frame. I think I can see some diffence in my body, little things like my back rolls have shrunk. the left side is gone and the right side has a little one left! It is weird that one side of my back was fatter than the other!! And that I even have weight on me chasing my wonderfully active babies!! I propose a Ten lbd loss challenge for us this month what do ya say?
Yes I am taking a multi. but I've always had a problem with anemia so maybe have to find myself one with added iron. And 10 pounds this month for sure my goal also is to walk 6 miles a day everyday the entire month. And its great you lost 11 pounds in a month amyz Congrats... It does take a while to notice a big difference. My husband had to tell me that I look much thinner or I woudnt of noticed much. so lets do this thing girls I dont wanna be a tubby momma on the beach this summer.
