Hi everyone, I am Debbie, I am looking to start a diet to lose 30 lbs, I have found this site very motivating, I love seeing the before and after pictures, I just can't figure out which diet is best for me. I am going to continue to read through some posts and get some ideas.

Hi Debbie. I'm new to this board too. Just joined a few hours ago. Finally got my signature done-what an ordeal!! I'm kind of NOT computer oriented. My DH helped me to get it on here. Anyhow, WELCOME to both of us. I just started Weight Watchers in Jan. and for exercise, I've been doing Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds videos. I am very happy with my progress. This is my 4th time on WW in 30 yrs-but this is so much better than it used to be for me. I tried Atkins a few yrs. ago-lost 25 then gained it all back + when I got bored with it. I tried South Beach and did ok, but I just lost interest when my parents and my DMIL all passed away within a yr. and a half. Kind of set me back. But I'm back now for GOOD. I love the WW Core plan. I don't have to feel I'm depriving myself of anything. It really is a good, healthy plan. There are so many plans out there! It's hard to know what's right for yourself. Good luck in choosing a plan. The important thing is that we are doing this for our health! I know I feel about 200 % better. Well, I guess that's enough rambling. I wish you all the best in your weight loss journey! Keepin' the faith...Dawn
