I want to weigh around 120. Right now I've cut the candy and cookies and sugary things like that out. No more Coke. I'm drinking a lot of water and just working on eating better. I've never been successful on any diet before. I have little or no willpower and my husband, who can't GAIN weight, always has a lot of junk in the house. So instead of just making a HUGE change, I'm easing in. I'm cutting the junk out and all like I said earlier and once I'm eating better I'm going to work on more exercise (I'd also like it to get warmer out).
