Hi I'm 25 will b 26 in couple of days..I had a baby about 6 months ago. My goal is to weigh at least 35 pounds. I'm 5'6". I could really use lots of support. I've been dieting for the last 3 days. So far so good! I'm also working out at the gym. Mainly running, yoga class and Kick boxing. I had been doing this for 3wks b-4 thanksgiving, lost 6 lbs, then arrived Christmas and I gained 10 lbs. I need to get motivated again.
