I have never used a forum or chat room before, but have promised myself to get online in the late afternoon after work and before dinner. The exact time when I usually sabatoge all of the healthy eating I have done that day. I am hoping this will help. I am a 45 year old elementary school teacher whose youngest child will be going away to college this September. I eventually want to lose 40 pounds. The same 40 pounds that I have lost and gained many times before. This time will be different. I occassionally attend WW meetings and have been a lifetime member since 1995.
Thanks for replying to my thread. I am following an exercise plan. I am a former runner (still jog occassionally), but have found my knees and hips can't go the distance. I am going to do the Avon Breast Walk in San Francisco in July. If I have a goal, I will get out there and walk. I will also keep bottle of water in my car. This time I am really excited about the support from this website.
