My weight-loss journey began in January 2004—I weighed approximately 210. It could have been more but I stopped going on the scale after that point
I followed my own little program – nothing special. I watched what I ate (counting fat grams), no fast food and exercised like I’ve never exercised before in my life. Anywho, at the end of 2004 I weighed 154! But since then I’ve been gaining weight slowly. I’m 166 right now and ready to lose my last 25 lbs or more
