Default Newbie Here!

Hello everyone! I’m new to the forum. I’m 26 and looking for some support & encouragement! I’ve been “trying” to continue to lose weight for the past 2 years.

My weight-loss journey began in January 2004—I weighed approximately 210. It could have been more but I stopped going on the scale after that point I followed my own little program – nothing special. I watched what I ate (counting fat grams), no fast food and exercised like I’ve never exercised before in my life.

Anywho, at the end of 2004 I weighed 154! But since then I’ve been gaining weight slowly. I’m 166 right now and ready to lose my last 25 lbs or more

I would love to buddy up with someone to keep me motivated! Thanks!!!!

Hi necco!

I've been trying to lose weight since last fall. I quickly lost motivation when life seemed to get in the way of my gym time. I started at 178 last fall and am now at 159.5. I'm trying to get to 135 by the end of the summer. Seems like we have similar weight loss goals so send a message if you'd like to chat!
