Oh my! You really need to eat 3 meals day!!! That's how you get your energy to do your exercises. You don't have to eat alot of food at each meal, but please be careful. You can eventually harm your body later down the road.

I care about people and have seen one person in my family, (my mom) with an eating disorder almost die from eating 1 meal a day.eventually, she would only drink water & juice & soda's.
