I have done WW several times in the past! I have NEVER been able to lose a pound on that diet! I did Atkins... but got tired fast! I did the SBD and did awesome! I lost over 30 pounds!!! But I stopped doing it, went back to WW and gained it all back! Boy was I a dummy there! So here I am... doing the SBD again!!! But I am also reading the "Curves" book and I am going to check into that new book by Jorge Cruise called "The 3 Hour Diet" to. My problem is my metabolism! My doc even said that. It is horrible! So hopefully these books and techniuqes (sp?) will all help me to succeed this time!
Anyway, I am going to stop typing and see if this message even goes through.
