Hi... I am new to the site!

Hi there. I am new to this site. I am trying to figure it all out quickly because my back has been out for the past several days now and I am not able to sit here long. Otherwise, I am a :comp: computer addict and a :coffee2: coffee addict lol.

You can check out my personal website to learn more about me: http://www.freewebs.com/tracym04/. I don't think that is against the rules. But sharing it helps me to send this out quicker and have less pain in my back.

I have done WW several times in the past! I have NEVER been able to lose a pound on that diet! I did Atkins... but got tired fast! I did the SBD and did awesome! I lost over 30 pounds!!! But I stopped doing it, went back to WW and gained it all back! Boy was I a dummy there! So here I am... doing the SBD again!!! But I am also reading the "Curves" book and I am going to check into that new book by Jorge Cruise called "The 3 Hour Diet" to. My problem is my metabolism! My doc even said that. It is horrible! So hopefully these books and techniuqes (sp?) will all help me to succeed this time! :crossed:

Anyway, I am going to stop typing and see if this message even goes through. :)

Hi Karen,
I believe that SBD stands for South Beach Diet. I had a friend that did that and lost alot of weight, but gained it back. I tried doing this diet, but couldn't get past that first two weeks. It was brutal for me, but I know alot of people have had success with this. My hat's off to anyone that can do this diet and not go bonkers!!
