Hey Kathy and Mavis, Welcome to my world too! I have been on a diet since I was 10 yrs. young. LOL I use to drop 10 lbs. no problem but now as we age we must change our outlook and exercise for enjoyment (so we stick with it), eat healthier and get support from the "girls". If you're like me my DH loves me anyway he can get me or so he says, but I really get my support from everyone on this site. I could spend hours on here but I really need to be accountable daily so that I stay motivated. I joined a gym but have only been four times in two months. With that said do you guys have small goals and do you journal your food & why you eat? This has helped me. If you would like to work-out with me e-style let me know. Ciao
