Default Hey!!!

Hey everyone! I just signed up, and I'm absolutely loving this site, hearing all of your success stories, and knowing that there are other people going through the exact same thing motivates me! But get this...I'm 17 and weigh 195! I don't look like it, I probably look like 160, but I know I'm 195 and it's driving me insane. To be almost 200 lbs. and a teenager, isn't the best . Sometimes looking around, I just feel like I don't fit in. I never used to be that motivated, but as of lately reality has really kicked in. I now realize I've gotta do this for my health, not just for the looks. I've been at a good exercise/diet program and taking the appropriate multivitamins for about 4 days now. I've lost 2 pounds...I know it's not much, but it gives me something to look forward to . Anyway, before I write a novel, I just wanna say I'm glad to be part of this little community! I look forward to keeping everyone posted on how I'm doing, and to see how you guys are doing as well! Okay! See ya

Hello, my name is Chrissy. Don`t get down on yourself. Everyone here feels uncomfortable with their weight, and we are here for you. I am new to this site. I have to lose 37lbs. I am 23 and a new mommy. My daughter is 1 month old. Before I got pregnant I started on weight watchers and it works great. I lost 30lbs. I am now back on it. I just want to let you know, I know how it feels. To, think almost 200lbs when you never were. Taking a multi vitamin a day helps, as well as your calcium.
