Default Week 1

Im on week number 1 of my diet my body is craving bread and potatoes and sugar but I know this will harm me in the long run. I just try to stay busy and hope that I make it to week 2 to finish induction.

Hang in there! You can make it a week, you're getting better every day! Drink lots of water and think about how much better you're going to look and feel!

YOU CAN DO IT! Sounds like you have been avoiding the right things...bread, potatoes and sugar. It's hard in the beginning but soon you'll lose those cravings alltogether and you'll feel GREAT! Hang in there! What program are you on?
