hello, i'm new and need a buddy...or a few...
i started reading 8 minutes in the morning for real shapes, real sizes. it's a great book. teaches you that you need to love your body before you can lose weight. lots of other great stuff. it also teaches you that instead of eating emotionally you should reach out to others. so that's why i'm here. the book has websites, but they're no longer active cause the book was published two years ago, and we all know how fast the internet changes.
so yeah, anyone wanna be my buddy?
