Buddy up with me!
Hey, have been away from the forum for a long time but I'm back now and I need you! (I've been watching to much tv lately...lol)
I'm a 24 y/o university student, 5'2 and weigh in at about 138-140 pounds. I say about cause I really don't know since I haven't weighed myself for ages but I can tell by the way my clothes are shrinking..."cough"
My ultimate goal is to get back to 115 or going from a US size 10 to 6 (EU 42/40 to 36) but I tend to get obsessed with weighing in too often, and knowing only too well how the results can ruin my day I'd like to avoid the scale for a while. I think it's much more important to focus on eating healthy, exercise regularly and just talk about stuff and I could really use some buddies for that.
I'm starting with this 'better and improved life style' from tomorrow morning (it's 23.11 pm here) with a morning workout. Hope you want to join me!
