Hi all! I am new and wanted to introduce myself. I am a 27 year old graduate student (but only for a few more months! ) I just gained back the 35 pounds i lost and am really frustrated. I am getting married in 10 months and really want to finally win the weight fight. All support is greatly appreciated!
No particular one right now. I am just trying to eat more protein and watch carbs and sugar. Also trying to exercise more regularly. I just moved a month ago and my schedule is a lot more crowded. I like the idea of getting up early, but I am soo not a morning person.
