41 years old. Married to a wonderful man for almost 23 years. We have 3 children (22 yr old son, 18 yr old daughter and 13 yr old son). Being able to keep up with them is my driving force for staying active and healthy. I love to play soccer, read, and quilt. I have to keep busy otherwise I get bored and when I get bored, I eat.

Is there a certain group or thread you normally post at in the Support forum? I'd love to be able to join a group, but I would hate to just butt into something already formed.
