Welcome to the forum! Getting here is half the battle. You're going to do great and I know from past postings that everyone is here for you.

You can and will be able to make this change. I'd be glad to be your posting buddy. Here's my background:

41 years old. Married to a wonderful man for almost 23 years. We have 3 children (22 yr old son, 18 yr old daughter and 13 yr old son). Being able to keep up with them is my driving force for staying active and healthy. I love to play soccer, read, and quilt. I have to keep busy otherwise I get bored and when I get bored, I eat.

Thanks for your encouragement! Yes, I will be able to make changes. I know this is the introduction forum and I don't want to start any long threads. Is there a certain group or thread you normally post at in the Support forum? I'd love to be able to join a group, but I would hate to just butt into something already formed.
