:) Well hi y'all doing I'm from Barrie ontario and just recently found this site looking good too. My GF and I are going to give the GI Diet ago I recently discovered my sugars are a little high and iron low :?: ..soooooooooooooo being a tad past the 40's lol and having lost 50lbs then gained 20 back :?: :?: it's time to get with the program. Exercise is the biggy been trying to get a walking program going and other stuff to build up the cardio...hoping to get/give support here
