Bailey- I came looking for you, remember me? I posted "uncomfortable". I had my tests and they found a hiatal hernia. I have to tell you- they are common and being overweight is a major cause. I could easiely have one. Talk to your dr.

I'm from Ottawa, back on the diet treadmill again. I have about 65 lbs to lose and could really use a buddy. I don't know yet if I'll try WW again, or maybe South Beach, or maybe a combo.

I'm from north of Toronto. Trying to get back on the diet bandwagon. It's tough but tired of being tired and sore all the time. Nothing fits. Need a good kick in the behind.

Any suggestions. The heat is not helping the motivation.
