Canadian from Ontario-but live in the Middle East. At home enjoying the green. Bought a kayak to enjoy for the summer. Planning on having Zena arms by the time I go back. Maybe a little overly ambitious :)

I would love to hear from other Canadians overseas. I am 33, a teacher, no kids and my weight loss goal is 30 more lbs (would give me a healthy BMI for my height) Oh and I hate diet food and tuna. Why oh why does every sensible eating plan have to have tuna! :)

Hey there, from spruce grove, Alberta which is about 15 minutes west of Edmonton. I am looking for a buddy. On kind of short notice, my fiance's parents are flying over here from Nova Scotia for christmas. We decided to just get married then as we don't know when the two families would be together again. Sooooooo, I have 5 months to do some major work. I need to lose about 130 lbs, but I figure I can lose at least 50 lbs from now until then. If there is anyone with as much weight to lose who is very serious, or even better who lives by me, let me know!!!
