I work in North York and live in Richmond Hill...so my day is 1/2 commute :dz:
By the time I get home, the last thing I want to do is move!
I used to be so good at being dedicated to myself, I lost a lot of weight and then I met my husband and it alllll came back and found my *** :p So here I go again...
I have about 80lbs to loose to start. That would be terrific, and anything more, icing on the proverbial cake! :D
I'm going to check out TOPS...I've never heard of that! What's it all about?

Bailey- I came looking for you, remember me? I posted "uncomfortable". I had my tests and they found a hiatal hernia. I have to tell you- they are common and being overweight is a major cause. I could easiely have one. Talk to your dr.

I'm from Ottawa, back on the diet treadmill again. I have about 65 lbs to lose and could really use a buddy. I don't know yet if I'll try WW again, or maybe South Beach, or maybe a combo.

I'm from north of Toronto. Trying to get back on the diet bandwagon. It's tough but tired of being tired and sore all the time. Nothing fits. Need a good kick in the behind.

Any suggestions. The heat is not helping the motivation.

:) Well hi y'all doing I'm from Barrie ontario and just recently found this site looking good too. My GF and I are going to give the GI Diet ago I recently discovered my sugars are a little high and iron low :?: ..soooooooooooooo being a tad past the 40's lol and having lost 50lbs then gained 20 back :?: :?: it's time to get with the program. Exercise is the biggy been trying to get a walking program going and other stuff to build up the cardio...hoping to get/give support here
