Hey Tiff--I'm in!! I lost another lb last week, so that's a total of 9 for me in about a month...I really need to step up the exercise though. I'm part of a 30 min/30 days exercise thread, but I currently have a deficit.

Oh well, today is a new day!

As for what I'm giving up...hmmm, I haven't really been eating much bad stuff, but when I do it's usually a Snickers Cruncher or one of those little 25 cent baggies of Doritos so I'll X those completely off my list.

Weigh in day for me is usually Saturday, but I'll go ahead and make it Friday moving forward and will report in the AM with a current weigh-in...praying for a loss!!
