Hello everyone! My name is Amy Sue. I am married and have one very beautiful daughter. I am a wahm with my own business, Autumn Leigh's Country Candle. So between my daughter and work I am having trouble finding time to work out. I have been have some health problems which hopefully I can take care of them with losing weight, not ready to leave my family quite yet. Hoping to make lots of wonderful new friends here on the boards that will give me a sholder to lean on and strength to get through the tough times. Can't wait to chat with you all!!

Hi, I'm new here as of yesterday. Do you have a plan you are using? I am on day 5 of the South Beach Diet. I would love to lose between 20-25 lbs. I exercise 3-4 times a week in classes, but should do more. I have 2 sons and work 4 days/week outside the home. It's tough, but we can work together for support.

Hmm....not too familiar with South Beach Diet....actually have only heard the name before. I am willing to still be a buddy and do as much help as I can, let me know what you want to do??
