We want to lose about 20 pounds each at least. We had tried the South Beach Diet a couple years ago and lost quite a few pounds, but we couldn't keep that up for the rest of our lives. After we quit, we have continued to gain weight up to this point. We just started a diet yesterday and I won't weigh myself for at least a week. Are there any other retired persons out there?
