My name is Lynne and I'm from Australia. I've done WW and am trying to lose lots too, but am doing it on my own now due to finances as well.
What are your plans, goals etc, and maybe we can help each other out.
My food choices are loosly based on the WW plan, but I'm following my own meals and recipes etc. I'm just trying eat sensibly and keep my portions smaller.
Exercise wise, I have an exercise bike that I try and get on each morning, but I'm working part time and have 2 young kids, so it's not always possible. I really enjoy walking, but that's almost impossible!
I don't have any date goals to aim for specifically, but I am going to New Zealand at the end of March, and it would be nice if I could shed a few kilos before then.
If you would like to buddy up, we can either stay here, or I've got a thread in the "Support Groups" section called "The Challenge to begin again", which is pretty small now and we could keep in touch there.
