I'm new!

  • I just signed up today. So far I've lost 19 lbs since January 1st. I read about all these people that have lost 40ish or more. How does that happen? How do you make it come off as quickly as possilbe? Any ideas? PLEASE don't give me that, "the slower it comes off the better... yadda yadda... the safest way to lose weight is 1 to 2 lbs a week." I've heard it all. I know. hahaha.... I think it is healthier to lost a little quicker, ( you know, nothing insane-- maybe 3 lbs a week, is that too much to ask?) instead or staying at an unhealthy weight for so long. That's all for now.
