Hi everyone! I like to read everyone's posts so I decided to introduce myself. I'm Jess & I've started being healthy & losing weight since January 1st. I started at 140 pounds & Now I'm 133. I weigh in every Saturday. I eat a healthy 1500 cals/day & I try to exercise.
I exercised every day for the first 3 weeks & then I stopped losing. So I didn't exercise for a week & lost again. I'm finding it hard to exercise because whenever I do I gain. & I know it must be just muscle, but I really want to keep to my goals. I'm going to try just using the treadmill & see if that goes well & I don't gain. Any advice?
