Hi everyone....hope yall can stand another newbie
I am a military dependent spouse that is also a mom to 2. I have always been a bit chubby and finally after getting tired of just making do I decided to put my weight into a size that is ideal for me. I made headway last year with losing 20 pounds and inches (total body) but have since gained it back. I made a goal for myself at the first of the year to lose at least 40 pounds by summer and to go down hopefully at least 4 sizes.
I am on a fairly rigid diet for me. I love all sorts of junk and crap but have made it a requirement to limit my food to brown grains, chicken and veggies plus special K for breakfast. I have a exercise routine I do daily 6 days a week in addition to the diet.
Anyways, hope its ok I joined yall. I can always use people in a like situation to encourage me.
