And I can't switch to eating healthy, it's not working for me

Why is it not working? That's probably what you need to do...examine things. What triggers you to eat? Why doesn't healthy food work?
First off, you might benefit from keeping a journal of what you eat, when, and how you're feeling when you do. It may be something that triggers you to eat: ie: when you're bored. And if you know what triggers it, you can do something about it. I noticed I eat when I'm tired and trying to keep awake. For instance, today, we had to be at an early appointment but didn't get to bed until late last night. Rather than try and stay awake and eat my way through the day, I took a long nap. And I've managed to stay at 1300 calories today. Generally though, if it's too early to go to bed, and yet I'm tired, I can find myself snacking a lot just before bedtime.
Secondly, how about when you try to eat healthy? How long do you stick with it? Exactly
what are you actually eating when trying to eat healthy? Many people think that if they eat salads and fat free dressing 24/7, that's healthy. It's the same diet I was on many times. The one that always failed. Because you eventually grow sick of salad. And fat free isn't all it's cracked up to be. There
are good fats. And we need some fats in our diet. So each person's idea of "eating healthy" may vary. What exactly did you eat when you tried this?
