I'm doing a modified version of WW points mostly because I can't afford the real thing right now. I have around 30lbs to lose maybe more after thanksgiving heheeeee... I live in central Texas, 20, married, starting school nov. 29. I'm on meds that coz me to gain and keep weight on so it's a real challenge trying to lose anything.... hope to hear from u ladies soon.

I hope these help what are ur plans for thanksgiving I'm exercising for more points and only eating my min daily points so I can hopefully have 20extra points saved up for thanksgiving.

thanks for the websites...they were helpful! for thanksgiving I have been banking points all week, plus some we have a huge family and have 2 dinners in one day, however there are things at each grandparent that I really enjoy so I only eat that once so that will help. I was walking every night after work up to 2 weeks ago, i had a bad slip and fall and have been off, it is finally beginning to feel better, but I still can't be at my normal excersize output...Hope you have a great day!! Missy I'm sorry sorry to hear about ur fall glad ur feeling better. I doing pretty good on the min points things however today I had 23 pnts instead of 20 but I did get an extra 3 pnts today from working out, so far I have 13 pnts saved up. I need to save 7 for tomorrow which shouldn't be a problem. I already decided what I will be eating for breakfast one egg toaster 7pnts, 1cp ff milk .5 and lunch dinner 1oz of ham .5pnts, quake rice chips ranch flavored15 2.5pnts, I have no say over dinner (not my night to cook) but I'll make sure it wont be over 10pnts.
Hi Dawn -- I went to college in the Tri-Cities area. I have banked my points quite well for the weekend. I am all about the poached egg for breakfast with tobasco sauce - 3 pts and then a chicken enchalada - open faced with only salsa and hot sauce with ff cheese. it makes one heck of a lunch I put a lot of veggies on it, esp. green and colored peppers. When i have broccoli I put that on it also.....have a great Thanksgiving weekend!

I too am in need of a buddy. I attend weekly ww meetings. I have lost 35 lbs and I have 50 lbs to go. I follow the Core part of WW. I have had success with this as I have not in other programs. I also work out about 4 days a week.
Hello all....Thanksgiving went really really well, ended up with 13 extra points for the weekend. Then the weekend went very well and at the end of the weekend I lost 2 lbs over thanksgiving. I think it could've been all the shopping but who knows.....how is everyone else doing???
