Sounds like you are on the right track. I lost weight over the summer, by following WW closely, then found the maintenance time to be very challenging. Now I am a few pounds over my goal weight and focused on getting back on track withvery healthy habits.
I exercise at the Y a few days a week, eat mostly vegetarian, needto increase my daily fruit/veg.
Haven't posted much lately but I need a buddy too. I exercise everyday watch what I eat need to loose 60 pounds. I would like very much to help you and myself stay motivated. So lets do this together. I will keep in toch.
