Post *looking for a buddy*

Hi there!
I'm new here and like everyone else, I'm looking for a buddy for support and encouragement. I'm 20 yrs old and in university. I've struggled with my weight for a couple of years now ( i was skinny as a kid but somewhere down the line it changed). I'm looking to loose 35 pounds but all my friends don't want to get commited to any real type of program. Plus i think this is a cool way of doing it... so if you're interested, let me know! bye for now!

HHey there sweety_pie. I read your post and I noticed that you and I are working towards the same goal: to lose at least 35 lbs. I'm also 20 and going to college too. I too need encouragement and need someone to talk to about weight issuess and all those horrible things involved with it. I'm 5'6 and weight about 160 lbs. My lowest weight has been 134, but I suffered a depression and jumped back up again. I hope we stay in touch more often and help out one another . I hope to hear from you soon.

Hello there people. I'm new to this site pretty much. I've only been on here for about a week or so and I'm looking for buddies as well. I went for Gastric Bypass Surgery about 7 weeks abo and boy do I feel great. I am 24 years old and my highest weight was 303 lbs. Now, after about 7 weeks I am down to 245. Hi

Just answered a similar post but thought I'd add here as well. I'm 20 and I've been dieting for a few months. I was 161lb in March and I got down to 142 but now I've gone back up to 147 due to going to France and eating cheese. I'm looking to be about 133lb. Could do with some more buddies as feeling a bit disheartened about going up! But I can also support new dieters since I've been at it a while. I calorie count and exercise.

I use to calorie count too, but i got out of the habit. I need to get back on track though. I'd appreciate the help.
