HI Rita - how are things? Sounds like you have a great weekend planned. I will be getting ready for the family to start arriving next week. I have bread to make, corn to freeze, etc... But I enjoy that kind of thing. I don't eat much bread anymore, but my folks and kids like it.
I have increased my calories like many people suggested - and guess what - yep, put on 1.5 lbs this past week. Sucks to say the least.

How are you doing? Staying on course? I just don't know where to go from here. Maybe it's muscle gain, I worked out 6 days straight - hopefully it's that. Will have to try on some clothes that I haven't been able to wear and see!
