I'm working on becoming heathlier. I am having difficulty making the scale move, but I feel better. I had a car accident in May which I going to physical therapy for 2x week. I am walking 2 - 3 miles 3-5 days a week, when my body will allow it.
Today's menu:
Fruit salad - raspberries, strawberries, kiwi with almonds
Protein Drink
Rice Pudding (made w/brown rice, splenda)
Grilled Chicken w/grilled veggies (leftovers from last night)
Grilled Shrimp w/grilled veggies
Maybe some popcorn to watch Big Brother tonight
I love to grill as you can see. All of the above is less than 1200 calories, even though the scale isn't moving I feel better then when I ate cookies & chips. I drink at least 128 oz of water a day.
I have found that if you write down what you are eating or planning to eat, it helps keep you on track, specially if you post it here.
