Piel, cruise around the boards until you find a group or a diet plan that appeals to you and jump right in. Are you thinking a specific plan? There are forums for almost every plan from Weight Watchers to South Beach Diet and beyond. There are also groups of certain ages or familiy situations. Snoop around and see what you can find. everyone is really friendly and supportive.
