Hello everyone.
Just wanted to say Hi, I'm new here and as everyone else trying to loss some wieght.
I don't wanna loss alot, just 10lbs or so. I've been working out at the gym 5 days a week, for the past month. And doing good so far.
I just thought it would be nice to have a support group, to help me along when I hit a bump

I've lost about 10-15% of my body fat in the past month, which I think is good. I know that muscle weight more then fat, so I'm not really worried about the wieght.
Not doing any wacky diets just trying to eat healthy, some days easier then others, but that's normal.
My biggests temptation is chocolate. I'm a choco-holic
I've been clean for about 5 hours now
. Ok I try.
