I'm so glad I found this site. I am low carbing (TRYING) and need much support. Ihave been ON AND OFF the WAGON and need to STAY on it for a while. Everyone here sounds like we will all make a great "dieting' team!

Thanks for the welcome. I miss POTATO CHIPS! LOL....I've been successful but IT IS SO slow b/c of my not being able to stick with it for longer periods of time...so I think that this is the PLACE!

It's impossible to keep up with all of them. I've been posting in buddy up, general chatter, support and alternachick chat. Occasionly I visit food and exercise.
