Default New To 3FC

Hi Everyone! I am new and am 5'9 275 lbs. I have batled weight since my teens. I have lost before but am really motivated to change my life. My love interest loves me just the way I am and I think I have finally realized that it's time for me to comitt to myself. I eat when I am happy, sad and just to taste the food. This time though my motivation and comittment to helping myself become healtier is so strong. I know I need support so I am looking to all for help. I did not put a goal weight or ending weight right now, for good reason. I am taking it one step. The first thing I am going to do is eat healthier. I will excercise 1/2 hour everyday if even just to walk the dog. I want to be ten lbs lighter by March 1st. I know it's obtainable. I just need to get my big butt moving. Thank you for providing a great place to meet those like me....Thank you!

Candi- welcome and you will find SO much support here.. people are going through the exact same thing you are... I'm trying to lost 50 lbs.. so far in 3 weeks I've lost 6... not the best stats but a gradual healthy loss! If you ever want to chat, look me up.. and good luck.. you will succeed if you set your mind to you.

welcome candi and wow what a great attitude. with that attitude you have half the battle won. you are definately doing it the right way, nice, slow, and healthy. don't diet, change your way of living. this site is so awesome. if is filled with help, motivation, inspiration and your right, people who are going through the same things you are. post often so that we can get to know you. and paragoddess 6 lbs. in 3 weeks is great. nice and slow always wins the race.
