Default Helloooo

Hi everyone. I’m Abby.

I’ve been battling my weight for years and I’m honestly really tired.
Everyday I think about losing weight... I imagine myself at an ideal weight, and at this point it just feels like an obsession.

I’m really tired, and I think it’s time that I asked for help because it’s obvious that I can’t do this alone.

So I’m here to get support because I need it, and I also hope to support others too ❤️

Hi Abby, we have some similar stats. I sympathize with you because I got out of the obese range at one point after ten years of working at it then life blew up and I regained 50+ pounds. I am well on my way at a repeat and I know you get tired, but keep at it. Set mini goals and find the positives in every bit of progress. Will yourself into some enthusiasm. If not, then fake it till you make it. I still have to talk myself inro working out every day, but the results are worth it. On the plus side, the eating part is now habit so it is no longer a battle. Keep going, do not give up on yourself. Don;t trade what you really want for what you want right now. sending a virtual hug- Jill
