Hello! So I have been changing my lifestyle for a while now. Last year I took off 30 and so far this year it's been 18. I'm just making better food choices and just started to be more active with my time. Anyway! What's up with my hair nowwwwwww!
I'm so upset! It is thin, breaking and I cut it 2 times now it was soooooo long then cut it to a medium length, now its above my shoulders!!... I take a daily vitamin and eat plenty protein I think. I had blood test nothing seems out of whack all the ladys in my family has great hair... what's going on? Please share your story, advise, etc thank you!
