Default Hello

Hello everyone. I'm currently 195, my current goal is to make 160. I'm following an eating plan geared for strength training as I've lost too much muscle from doing calorie restriction in the past and I'm not getting any younger. The result was weak arms and a lot of excess weight around my middle which is not flattering and makes dressing difficult.

I'm 43 and recent medical issues preclude me from doing a lot of cardio right now. I eat well, I rest enough but I often still wake up exhausted and morning is my only exercise window with my current schedule so lifting wins until I can get my body back in the mode of exercise (I've been limited on doctors orders) to rest properly to allow energy to do some cardio.
